Recently, our HK-UK3-175 propeller completed the spin/rotation test for the attachment assembly in accordance with Part 35 of the China Civil Aviation Regulations (CCAR-35), Propeller Airworthiness Standards. The test focused on verifying the propeller’s structural integrity and the reliability of the connections of its associated components under centrifugal loads.


The results show that the propeller and its attachments operated in a coordinated and stable manner. Component fitment remained tight throughout the entire test, with no loosening, abnormal noises, jamming, or abnormal vibrations observed. All dynamic performance parameters met the design and engineering operational requirements and were in compliance with the requirements of Part 35.
This successful test provides critical support for airworthiness certification, as well as subsequent installation and commissioning and flight verification. It lays a solid foundation for the large-scale engineering application of this propeller model and helps ensure the safe, stable, and long-term service of aviation power systems.
